Silane S
It is widely used for peeling prevention of the cell from slide glass.
Silane S does not require the extension of specimen in the hot bath as it provides less wrinkles.
Features
1) No extension of specimens is required in the hot bath
2) Less wrinkles on sections
3) Less hydrophobic
4) Less staining on the background
The notes on use of Silane S Slide are the same as conventional Silane Slide.
Please do not give excessive moisture on it. Several sections can be loaded on a slide.
When using a hot-plate, it is advisable to put something under it as water goes aside and the sections do not float on the plate.
